Liberties Floor Lamp
The Liberties floor lamp blends modern design with traditional inspiration. The base of the Liberties floor lamp is made from old beams reclaimed from a building in the Liberties area of Dublin. This grounds the lamp physically and historically but it is the dramatic meandering filament that initially captures the eye.
Appearing to almost hover in its copper housing, there is a beautiful interplay of light and reflection due to the qualities of the natural polished copper. Due to the amber glass tint and the low lumen, it provides a glare-free warm tone creating a gentle luminescence in any space.
Standing at 155cm in height, this floor lamp makes a dramatic statement in any room and won't be shy in any corner. Position it on its own to create a statement corner or pair it with one of the other lamps in the collection.
Your lamp will come with a story card describing its particular provenance and the Copperfish stamp of authenticity.
Due to the natural materials and handmade nature of these lamps, each is unique and the colour, grain and finish of the wood will vary from lamp to lamp. All our lamps are made by hand in our studio in Rathnew, Co. Wicklow using time honoured skills and the finest materials.
All our bulbs are long-life LED and have an expected lifespan of 30,000 hours/10 years approx. Replacement bulbs can be ordered from us or you will find similar bulbs in retail stores.
