Our Lamp/Light Fitting Promise
We will guarantee any Copperfish lamp/light fitting against manufacturing faults for 10 years from date of purchase. This means we will repair or replace your lamp/light fitting should there be any manufacturing issues with your lamp. This does not include general wear and tear or breakages. In the event of breakages, please get in touch.
Our Bulb Promise
We will guarantee your Copperfish light bulbs against any manufacturing fault for 5 years from date of purchase. This does not include general wear and tear or breakages. In the event of breakages, please get in touch. Send us a photo of your faulty bulb and we will replace it. We sell replacement bulbs to customers at wholesale prices.
Our lamps are designed to last a lifetime but accidents happen. In the event that you do have a breakage please get in touch. We offer a repair service for a nominal fee to repair your lamp or light.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you do not love your lamp then we would love to have it back.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In cases where the goods are faulty please contact us on email@example.com providing details and a photograph.
